This Return Policy outlines our procedures for cancellations, refunds, and revisions. Due to the custom and personalised nature of our services, our policies differ from typical retail return policies. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order to understand your rights and our commitments to you.

2. Nature of Our Services
Our services involve the creation of custom, personalised media products based on the materials and specifications you provide. Each project is unique and crafted specifically for you. Because of this bespoke nature, the following considerations apply:
- All projects are created from scratch based on your specific requirements
- Significant time, expertise, and creative effort are invested in each project
- Your personal photos, videos, and materials are incorporated into the final product
- The finished product is tailored exclusively to your needs and cannot be resold or repurposed
We encourage open communication throughout the project process to ensure the final product meets your vision and expectations.
3. Cancellation Policy
3.1 Cancellation Before Work Commences
If you wish to cancel your order before we have begun work on your project, you may be eligible for a full refund of any payments made. To cancel, please contact us immediately via email or phone. Cancellation requests must be received in writing (email is acceptable).
Please note that once we acknowledge your order and begin project preparation, the cancellation terms in Section 3.2 apply.
3.2 Cancellation After Work Has Commenced
Once we have begun work on your project, cancellation terms are as follows:
- Within 24 hours of project start: Refund of up to 75% of the total project cost, less any administrative fees
- 24-72 hours after project start: Refund of up to 50% of the total project cost
- After 72 hours or significant work completed: Refund calculated based on work not yet completed, at our discretion
- After draft delivery: No refund available as substantial work has been completed
We will assess each cancellation request on a case-by-case basis, taking into account the amount of work completed and resources expended.
3.3 Cancellation by Zunrylexoxim
We reserve the right to cancel a project under the following circumstances:
- Failure to provide required materials within the agreed timeframe
- Failure to make required payments when due
- Requests for content that violates our acceptable use policies
- Breach of our Terms of Use or other agreements
In such cases, refunds will be determined based on the work completed and circumstances of the cancellation.
4. Refund Policy
4.1 Eligibility for Refunds
Due to the custom nature of our services, refunds are not automatically granted upon request. Refund eligibility depends on several factors, including:
- The stage of project completion at the time of the request
- Whether we have failed to meet agreed-upon specifications
- The nature of any issues with the delivered product
- Your cooperation and responsiveness throughout the project
4.2 Circumstances Where Refunds May Be Granted
We may consider a full or partial refund in the following situations:
- We are unable to complete your project due to technical issues on our end
- The final product is significantly different from the agreed specifications through our error
- We fail to deliver your project within a reasonably extended timeframe without valid cause
- The quality of the delivered product falls substantially below professional standards
4.3 Circumstances Where Refunds Will Not Be Granted
Refunds will generally not be granted in the following situations:
- Change of mind after work has commenced or been delivered
- Dissatisfaction with creative choices that fall within the agreed project scope
- Issues arising from poor quality source materials you provided
- Delays caused by your failure to provide materials or feedback in a timely manner
- Requests made after you have approved and accepted the final deliverable
- Minor discrepancies that can be addressed through the revision process
4.4 Refund Processing
If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 14 business days using the same payment method you used for the original transaction. Depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.
5. Revision Policy
5.1 Included Revisions
Each service package includes a specified number of revision rounds as detailed in the package description. Revisions allow you to request changes to the draft we provide, ensuring the final product meets your expectations.
- Silver Package: Up to 2 revision rounds included
- Golden Package: Up to 4 revision rounds included
- Diamond Package: Unlimited revision rounds included
5.2 What Constitutes a Revision
A revision round includes reasonable adjustments to the existing work, such as:
- Reordering photos or video clips
- Changing background music within our library
- Adjusting text, titles, or captions
- Modifying transition styles or timing
- Colour or filter adjustments
5.3 Additional Revisions and Changes
Requests that fall outside the scope of standard revisions may incur additional charges. These include:
- Adding significant new content not in the original brief
- Changing the overall concept or style after work has begun
- Requesting revisions after the project has been finalised and delivered
- Revisions requested beyond the included number for your package
We will always communicate with you if additional charges may apply before proceeding with such changes.
6. Satisfaction Guarantee
While we do not offer unconditional refunds due to the custom nature of our work, we are committed to your satisfaction. Our satisfaction guarantee includes:
- Working closely with you to understand your vision before we begin
- Providing draft previews for your review and feedback
- Making reasonable revisions within your package allowance
- Maintaining open communication throughout the project
- Addressing legitimate concerns promptly and professionally
We believe that most issues can be resolved through clear communication and our revision process. Please reach out to us if you have any concerns about your project at any stage.
7. Quality Assurance
All projects undergo quality checks before delivery to ensure they meet our professional standards. However, the quality of the final product is also dependent on the quality of source materials you provide. We recommend:
- Providing high-resolution photos and videos whenever possible
- Ensuring audio files are clear and of good quality
- Submitting materials in supported file formats
- Including more photos than you need so we can select the best ones
8. Dispute Resolution
If you are dissatisfied with your project or our service, we encourage you to contact us directly to discuss your concerns. We will make every reasonable effort to resolve any issues to your satisfaction.
If we cannot reach a resolution through direct communication, you may have rights under Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in this policy is intended to limit or exclude any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection legislation.
9. Australian Consumer Law
Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. For major failures with the service, you are entitled to cancel your service contract with us and receive a refund for the unused portion, or compensation for its reduced value. You are also entitled to choose a refund or replacement for major failures with goods. If a failure with the goods or services does not amount to a major failure, you are entitled to have the failure rectified in a reasonable time.
