• The User Content does not contain any defamatory, obscene, offensive, or illegal material
• You have obtained consent from any individuals depicted in the User Content for its use in your project

You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, modify, and incorporate your User Content solely for the purpose of providing the Services you have requested. We will not use your User Content for any other purpose without your explicit consent.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

Prices for our Services are as quoted on our Website or in our communications with you. All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.

• Final payment must be received before delivery of completed projects

If you fail to make payment when due, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate work on your project and withhold delivery of any completed materials until payment is received in full.

Each service package includes a specified number of revisions as detailed in the package description. Additional revisions beyond the included amount may incur extra charges.
